How it works
You get a 7-day free trial on your real data. After 7 days, your trial converts to a paid subscription. If you're not satisfied, you have 7 days from your first paid charge to request a refund — email [email protected] with subject "7-day refund" and we'll process it.
"First payment" means the first Stripe charge after your free trial converts — so you get a full paid week to decide.
What's refundable
- Monthly — full refund of your first month
- Annual — full refund of the annual prepay
After the 7-day window
You're month-to-month (or annual). Cancel anytime — no cancellation fee.
Annual pro-rated refunds
After the 7-day window, annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused complete months:
Refund = (annual amount ÷ 12) × complete unused months remaining
Example: Starter Annual is $1,470. After 3 complete months, 9 remain. Refund = ($1,470 ÷ 12) × 9 = $122.50 × 9 = $1,102.50. Access ends when the refund is processed; partial months in progress aren't refunded.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method via Stripe. Your bank may add a few more days.
