Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with Revora. This policy explains your options if you're not happy with your purchase.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
- 7-day guarantee: Full refund if requested within 7 days of your first payment. "First payment" means the first Stripe charge after your 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription — so you get a full week of paid use to decide.
- After 7 days: No refunds for the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next period.
2. Annual Subscriptions
- 7-day guarantee: Full refund if requested within 7 days of payment.
- Pro-rated refunds: After 7 days, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for any unused complete months remaining in your annual term.
- How it's calculated: Refund = (Annual amount paid ÷ 12) × (Number of complete unused months remaining). The "monthly equivalent" used in the formula is your annual price divided by 12, so the annual discount you received is preserved over the months you used.
- Worked example: Starter Annual is $1,470. After 3 complete months, 9 unused months remain. Refund = ($1,470 ÷ 12) × 9 = $122.50 × 9 = $1,102.50. Access ends when the refund is processed; partial months in progress are not refunded.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime. Without a refund request, your account remains active through the end of your annual term and renewal is stopped.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email [email protected] with subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your registered business name and email address
- Briefly describe your reason (optional, but helps us improve)
We process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Bank processing may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time — no penalties, no minimum commitment.
- After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Your data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation in case you wish to reactivate, then permanently deleted.
- To cancel, email [email protected] or manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
- Requests made after the applicable refund window has passed (monthly: 7 days; annual: pro-rated after 7 days)
- Partial month usage on monthly plans after the 7-day period
6. Service Outages
If Revora experiences a significant service outage (more than 24 consecutive hours), we will issue a pro-rated credit to affected accounts for the downtime period. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle.
