How seats work

Each seat has its own login, so your office manager or agency partner signs in as themselves rather than sharing one password. Add or remove people from your account settings as your team changes.

Per-seat audit trail

Reply approvals are tracked by seat, so you can always see who approved what:

• Timestamp
• The seat (team member) who approved
• Approval method (one-tap, edited, or auto-publish if enabled)
• Drafted text vs. the final approved text

When you remove someone's access, they lose it immediately — but their past approvals stay in your audit trail for accountability.
