How Revora Handles Your Data
Revora does not sell your data, does not train AI models on it, and does not share it with third parties. Here's the full picture.
Your business data stays yours.
What Revora collects
- Your business name, location, and contact info
- Your Google reviews and rating history
- Reply drafts (approved and not)
- Your edits and tone preferences
- Team members and their approval history
- SMS campaign history (numbers, delivery status)
- Your settings
How Revora uses it
- To run the product — monitoring, drafting, alerting, reporting
- To improve your tone profile from your edits
- To provide support and diagnose issues
- To stay compliant (tax, legal, fraud prevention)
What Revora does NOT do
- Does not sell your data to anyone — advertisers, brokers, no one
- Does not train AI models on your business data — your reviews, replies, and tone profiles are not contributed to any model-training pipeline, ours or a third party's
- Does not share your data with competitors or other tools
- Does not use your data outside your own account — no cross-customer sharing
Ephemeral drafting
When Revora drafts a reply, your review text is sent to the model, the model returns a draft, and you review it. The prompt context is not retained for training.
Third-party integrations
Revora only connects to services you authorize: Google (review data, via OAuth), Stripe (billing), Twilio (SMS, only numbers you provide), and your email provider (alerts). Nothing beyond what each integration needs.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, passwords are never stored in plaintext, and the platform is reviewed regularly for security issues.
Your rights
Access, export, and delete your data anytime, and know what we do with it (this page). Email us with any privacy or security question.
