Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Revora. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

Revora provides an AI-powered reputation management service for local businesses, including:

Automated monitoring of Google Business reviews
AI-generated review response drafts
Weekly reputation reports delivered by email
Alerts for new reviews requiring attention

Revora is a software tool that drafts suggested responses. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish any AI-generated content to your Google Business profile.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the business you register on behalf of. By using Revora, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Each subscription covers one (1) business location. Additional locations require separate subscriptions.

4. Subscription and Payment

The service is billed according to the current pricing published at getrevora.app/#pricing.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Revora to:

Publish false, misleading, or defamatory review responses
Violate Google's Terms of Service or review policies
Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service
Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission
Use the service for any business other than the registered location

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated response drafts are suggestions only. Revora makes no guarantee of their accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness.
You are solely responsible for any content you publish to your Google Business profile.
Revora is not liable for any consequences resulting from publishing AI-generated responses.
Review text from your customers may be sent to third-party AI service providers to generate response drafts. By using the service, you consent to this processing.

8. Intellectual Property

Revora and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Revora and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your business data and customer reviews.
You grant Revora a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

9. Third-Party Services

Revora integrates with third-party service providers for payments, review data, AI processing, email delivery, SMS delivery, and infrastructure. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. Revora is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
AI-generated responses will be suitable for publication
Your business's Google rating, review count, or review sentiment will improve
Your business will rank, appear, or be cited in Google Search, Google Maps / the Local Pack, or any AI answer engine (including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, or Google AI Overviews). Revora improves the public signals these systems read from; it does not control their answers or rankings
Any negative review can be removed, hidden, or suppressed — Revora can only draft responses for your approval
Google Business Profile publishing, ranking, or API availability — all of which are controlled by Google — will be available or uninterrupted

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO REVORA IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

13. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Data deletion follows the policy described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County or Dallas County, Texas, or, where both parties agree in writing, through binding arbitration.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. SMS Communications

Revora may send SMS messages to business owners and authorized representatives who create an account and explicitly opt in during onboarding.

These messages may include:

Consent is collected on getrevora.app/onboarding.html through a dedicated, unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox that is separate from acceptance of these Terms.

Message frequency varies based on account activity and notification settings.

Customer review-request SMS. On behalf of participating businesses, Revora also sends post-visit review-request and customer-feedback text messages to those businesses' customers. The visible sender is the participating business name followed by "via Revora AI." Recipients opt in through a Revora-hosted web consent page at getrevora.app/sms-optin/<business>; STOP and HELP are honored on every message. These requests are sent to every opted-in customer and are never filtered, gated, or selectively solicited based on expected sentiment. As a business using this feature, you represent that you will not upload purchased, rented, or scraped phone lists, will only message customers with a genuine prior relationship, and will comply with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Google's review policies.
