Revora ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website at getrevora.app and the Revora reputation management service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our service.

- Business name, city, and address
- Contact email address and phone number
- Payment information (processed securely by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers on our servers)

- Business reviews fetched from public review platforms on your behalf
- AI-drafted review responses generated for your business
- Server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)

- Review platforms: Public business information and customer reviews
- Payment processor: Payment confirmation and subscription status
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the Revora service — monitoring reviews and drafting AI responses
- To send weekly reputation reports and alert emails
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To improve our AI response quality using aggregated data

3. Third-Party Service Providers
We use service providers and processors to operate, secure, and improve the service. These include:
- Payment processors, such as Stripe, to process subscriptions and billing events
- SMS delivery providers, such as Twilio, to deliver verification codes and account notifications to users who opt in
- AI service providers to generate AI-assisted review response drafts from review content submitted to the service
- Email delivery providers to send reports, alerts, and service communications
- Review data providers to fetch publicly available business reviews on your behalf
- Hosting, storage, and infrastructure providers to operate and protect the service
We disclose personal information to these providers only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
4. Data Retention
- Your business data and review history are retained for the duration of your subscription.
- Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days to allow reactivation, then permanently deleted.
- You may request immediate deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
- Payment records are retained as required by financial regulations (typically 7 years).
5. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to opt out of certain processing. We do not sell personal data.

6. International Users

11. SMS Communications
Revora sends SMS text messages to two groups: (1) business owners and authorized representatives who use the Revora platform, and (2) consumers who have opted in to receive review-request messages from a business that uses Revora.
Types of SMS messages
- Verification codes — Sent to business users during account registration or account security flows.
- Platform and account notifications — Related to the user's Revora account.
- Customer review requests — Sent to consumers who opted in, inviting them to share feedback about a recent visit to a participating business and including a link to leave a review.
How consent is collected — business users
Business owners opt in inside their Revora dashboard, under SMS & Review Campaigns. The user enters their mobile number and must actively check a dedicated SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default and separate from acceptance of the Terms of Service.
How consent is collected — customer review requests
Consumers opt in through a web consent form hosted by Revora (for example, at getrevora.app/sms-optin). The consumer enters their mobile number and must actively check a consent checkbox that is unchecked by default and states that they agree to receive review-request and related customer-service follow-up texts, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that they may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Each consent record is retained with a timestamp for compliance.

Mobile information & data sharing
No mobile information — including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data — is shared, sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or lead-generation purposes. This applies to both business users and consumers who opt in to review-request messages. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the SMS messages described above and are shared only with our SMS delivery provider (such as Twilio) strictly to transmit those messages. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent information are never shared with any third party for any purpose other than delivering the messages the recipient requested.
