Canceling Your Subscription and Exporting Your Data
Cancel anytime, no penalty. Export your data during your subscription or within 30 days after cancellation. Your reviews always live on Google.
Your data belongs to you. Here's how cancellation and retention work.
How to cancel
Email [email protected] with subject "cancel subscription," or manage it in Settings → Billing where self-service is available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle; you won't be charged for the next period.
What happens to your data
After cancellation:
- Your account stays in read-only mode for 30 days
- You can export your reports and audit trail during that window
- On day 31, the account and its data are permanently deleted
Exporting
Your reply audit trail (drafts, edits, approvals, timestamps) and review reports export as CSV. Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Export.
What you keep no matter what
- Your reviews — they live on Google and never leave it
- Your published replies — they live in your Google reply history
- Anything you've exported — it's on your computer
We are not the system of record for your reputation — Google is.
Immediate deletion
Want everything deleted now? Email [email protected] with subject "delete my account" and we'll delete it immediately, skipping the 30-day window.
No data selling or training
Revora does not sell your data and does not train AI models on it — see How Revora Handles Your Data.
