How Revora Posts Replies to Google

Revora drafts a reply, you approve it, and Revora posts it to your Google Business Profile for you. Owner approval gates every reply; nothing posts without it.

Revora connects through Google's official Business Profile API, so once you approve a reply it goes straight to Google — no copy-paste.

The flow

  1. Revora drafts a reply for a new review, in your voice
  2. You approve it (one tap), edit it first, or skip it
  3. Revora posts your approved reply to your Google Business Profile

Owner approval gates everything

Nothing posts to Google without your approval — that's by design, and it doesn't change.

  • Lower-star reviews (1–3 star) always require your explicit approval. Auto-publish never applies to them.
  • Higher-star reviews (4–5 star) can optionally be set to auto-publish, so simple thank-yous post without a tap. Owner approval is the default until you turn that on.

Profile posts (announcements, offers, events)

Review replies post automatically once you approve. For Google Business Profile posts — announcements, offers, events — Revora drafts them and holds each one for your approval; one-tap publishing of profile posts is rolling out, and approved drafts are ready to publish in the meantime.

Editing before it posts

Every draft is editable before you approve. Make it warmer, shorter, more formal — then approve, and Revora handles the posting. Email us with any questions about how publishing works for your account.
