Connecting Your Google Business Profile
Revora connects via Google OAuth. You control what it can see and do, and you can disconnect anytime.
Connecting your Google Business Profile is secure and reversible.
How the connection works
Revora uses Google OAuth — the same flow you use to log into apps with your Google account. You authorize Revora to read your reviews and post your approved replies to Google.
What Revora can see
- Your Google Business Profile and locations
- Reviews, ratings, and dates
- Your existing replies
- Profile data (hours, categories, website, etc.)
What Revora can do
- Draft replies (always for your approval)
- Post your approved replies to Google for you
- Prepare profile posts (announcements, offers, events) — only published with your explicit approval
- Read profile insights
What Revora never does
- Delete or modify reviews
- Change your existing replies without permission
- Post anything without your approval
- Share your data with third parties
Revoking access
Disconnect anytime in Settings → Connected Accounts → Disconnect. That instantly revokes Revora's access.
Multiple locations
Connecting gives Revora access to the locations on your profile; you manage per-location permissions in your Google account. Email us if a connection isn't working.
