Approving, Editing, and Auditing Replies
Every reply requires your approval. Edit drafts inline, and every change is recorded in an exportable audit trail.
You're always in control of what posts under your name.
The approval workflow
When a draft arrives, you have three options:
- Approve — post the draft as-is
- Edit — tweak the reply in the dashboard, then approve
- Skip — do nothing on this review
Edit inline anytime
The reply editor supports full inline editing before approval — more casual, more formal, shorter, longer, whatever matches your voice.
Tone learning (Pro and Multi-Location)
Every edit you make trains your tone profile. If you consistently change a phrase or adjust the structure, Revora picks up the pattern and nudges future drafts toward your style.
Audit trail
Every reply is logged with:
- Timestamp — when it was approved
- Drafted text — the first version
- Edited text — the final version you approved, if changed
- Approval method — one-tap, edited, or auto-publish (if enabled)
- Seat — which team member approved, if you have multiple seats
- Google response — success or any API error
The audit trail is exportable as CSV for your records.
Re-tuning your profile
If drafts are consistently off, email us with examples and we'll recalibrate.
