Setting Up SMS Review Requests

Enable SMS (Pro and up), set your quiet hours, and optionally import a customer list. About ten minutes.

Getting SMS review requests running takes about ten minutes.

Step 1: Enable SMS (Pro or Multi-Location)

Go to SettingsFeatures and toggle SMS Review Requests on. Starter members won't see this option.

Step 2: Set your quiet hours

Revora never sends SMS outside your window. The default is 9am–8pm local time, with no Sunday or holiday sends. Adjust it in SettingsSMS Quiet Hours.

Step 3: Load a customer list (optional)

To request reviews from existing customers:

  1. Export their phone numbers from your CRM or scheduling tool
  2. Upload the CSV in Review RequestsImport Customers
  3. Revora validates the numbers and queues the sends

Or skip this and let customers opt in organically through your QR code.

Step 4: Start a campaign

Go to Review RequestsSend Campaign and pick your audience. Revora handles the timing.

Monitor your volume

Your SMS usage is shown in BillingUsage. We'll email you as you approach your monthly cap.
