Quiet Hours and Customer Opt-Out
Revora respects configurable quiet hours and per-customer opt-out via STOP. TCPA-aligned consent gates every SMS.
Revora is built to be respectful to your customers.
Quiet hours
Revora never sends SMS outside your configured window. The default is 9am–8pm local time. If a message is scheduled during quiet hours, it queues and sends the next morning at your start time.
No Sunday or holiday sends
By default, Revora doesn't send on Sundays or major US holidays. You can change this if your business operates seven days a week.
Per-customer opt-out (STOP)
Any customer can text STOP to opt out immediately, and they're removed from all future review-request campaigns. Opt-outs are persistent — they stay opted out even if you upload a new list.
TCPA-aligned
- Consent is required before any SMS is sent
- Every message includes "Reply STOP to opt out"
- Opt-outs are honored immediately and persisted
- Quiet hours are enforced
