Two ways to request reviews
QR code (any plan)
- Generate a QR code in your dashboard
- Print it on receipts, posters, or counter cards
- Customers scan it on their own phone and land on your Google review request
- No contact data needed; nothing to opt into
SMS (Pro and Multi-Location)
- Send SMS review requests to customers who opt in via QR code or a list you upload from your CRM
- Revora respects quiet hours and per-customer opt-out (see the next article)

We never cold-text
Revora only texts customers you've opted in via QR code or your own uploaded list. We don't pull contact lists from your Google, Yelp, or public sources, and we don't cold-text anyone. Consent gates every outbound SMS.
Reviews land on Google
When a customer taps the link, they go straight to your Google Business Profile review page — not a Revora page. Reviews are posted on Google, exactly as normal.
