Your AI Visibility Readiness Score (0–100)

Your Readiness score tracks eight controllable signal groups. Here's how to read it and what to improve first.

Your Readiness score is your dashboard's main insight view.

Understanding the score

It runs 0–100 across eight signal groups. Each signal shows your current level, how you compare to similar businesses, and what to improve next.

The eight signals

1. GBP completeness

Photo, hours, category, website, address — completion drives visibility.

2. Review volume and recency

Enough reviews (around 20+ is a healthy floor) and recent ones.

3. Response coverage

The share of reviews you've replied to. Prioritize 1–3 star.

4. Low-star handling

Address 1–3 star reviews quickly. Speed matters.

5. Business-facts consistency

Hours, address, and phone identical across Google, your site, and directories.

6. Website readiness

Mobile-friendly, fast (under ~3-second load), clearly about your business.

7. GBP post freshness

Post updates regularly — freshness signals an active business.

8. Competitor comparison

How your signals stack against similar local businesses.

Where to focus first

  1. Response coverage — fastest win, fully in your control
  2. Review volume — use SMS and your QR page to build it
  3. GBP completeness — quick fix, real impact
  4. Post freshness — a short weekly habit
  5. Low-star handling — aligns with good service anyway
