The Revora Loop: Watch, Reply, Request, Measure

Revora runs a four-step cycle: monitor reviews, draft replies, request feedback, and measure your AI visibility.

Revora organizes reputation management into four connected steps.

Watch

New Google reviews are checked hourly. When a review appears, you get an alert and a draft reply is queued in your dashboard.

Reply

You review each draft and either approve it, edit it, or skip it. Once you approve a reply, Revora posts it to your Google Business Profile for you. Lower-star reviews (3-star and below) always require your approval; higher-star replies can be configured for auto-publish — but owner approval is the default.

Request

Revora sends review requests to customers who opt in via QR code or an uploaded list. Quiet hours and per-customer opt-out are respected. Pro includes 250 SMS/month; Multi-Location includes 500/month. Starter uses a QR review-request page (no SMS).

Measure

Your AI Visibility Readiness score tracks eight signal groups — GBP completeness, review volume and recency, response coverage, low-star handling, business-facts consistency, website readiness, GBP post freshness, and competitor comparison. The 0–100 score shows how clean your reputation surface is for AI engines and search engines to read.

Repeat the cycle each week to build momentum.
